Nebulous chuckled his agreement " Good thing we make a pretty good team " he said, alighting down in the hollow. " Fin, Phauna anybody home " he called when suddenly two shapes appeared out of the gloom of the hollow " Thank Glaux you two are ok!! " she gasped, Fin who looked very ruffled and worried relaxed and said " Ahh, i knew you two could handle it " Phauna was still scared " Who were those owls and what do they want with me!!!!! " she cried. Nebulous and Aaron told he all they knew

Phuana blinked still trying to wrap what could have happened into a ball of a size she could comprehend. To think she could have died, if not for these owls. "Thank you, for savng my life. I'm not sure if there's anything I can do to repay you, but I might be able to fix up your injuries from the fight." She said.

" We would be very greatfull " thanked Nebulous " Fin could we remain here until moonrise tomorrow? " he added "Sure" replied Fin. Nebulous, removing his armor to settle down in the hollow questioned Phauna " Do you have any idea why anyone would want to kill you? "

Aaron also extracted himself from his armor, keeping it all in a nice pile in the corner. " My friend, a snowy named Valya is a rogue smith. The calws those owls were wearing looked like one of her earlier designs for a battleclaw. Some kraals had been giving her trouble, wanted to see her latest design. When she said no, theytold thatsye'd be sorry. Maybe they meant to send a messege with my death." She contemplated.

Nebulous narrowed his eyes, this was a likely possibility, but if they already had those battle claws, why would they want a design? Maybe she was already dead, they had to find out " Were does she live? "

"The pine a bit northof here. Its by the riverbed." She replied. "I should go find some worms and such." She hooted, flying away and coming back with them in a short amount of time. "I tried to say that that was a bad idea!" Aaron cried. he hadn't even gotten to say the firet half of his sentance. Stubborn owl. "Where exactly are your injuries?" She asked. She could see some of them, but Phauna knew they might be found in places that could be hidden from her veiw.

Nebulous chuckled at Aarons comments. " We best get going soon, Aaron when your ready " Nebulous became serious again, " Oh and Phauna, you and Fin better lay low for a while, at least till we come back ", " If we come back " he murmured under his breath.

" Right behind you Aaron " he hooted after him. Then it was all like it began, they were flying through the still night air, but this time there was an atmosphere of purpose in there flight, there wings carving through the air like blades, they flew on like phantoms in the night. Nebulous lowered until he was below the canopy, and then he spotted a hollow with a fire burning inside.

"Oh I am Valya!" The owl hooted. "Phuana told us about you, but didn't give the best descition I guess. i wanted to be certain. Anyway, I'm Aaron." aaron felt he should at least let his frined introduce himself up because he had done most of the alking.
