Coryn watched as the Snowy drew up beside him. He recognised her from somewhere, although he could not quite place where he had seen her. Deciding he was not in the mood for guessing games, he just gave the new owl a curt nod.
Verae looked at both owls, giving both on them a smile, "I'm Verae, and you are?" She could see both of these owls didn't recognise her and her position, so when the other Snowy whispered to her about The Great Tree, she decided to keep her identity a secret for now.
"The Great Tree?" She whispered back, "Well... I think I can help you get there."

Everest's eyes open widely when this owl said she could help him get to the Great Tree. He looked at her and pondered. Could this owl be from the tree? How did she know how to get there? After a moment he realized, yet again, that he'd be going to the Great Tree of Hoolemere! "Really?!" He blurted out "You mean it?" He asked. Then he started to shrink, he had just made a fool of himself in the front of a possible Guardian of Ga'Hoole.

Verae chuckled, "Of course I can help you get there!" Her bright yellow eyes seemed to glow as she smiled, turning to face the other owl. He had been silently hovering beside them all this time and had not said a word, which was quite mysterious to Verae. He was just a Grass owl, but that could also mean a Pure One, which she really didn't want to get involved with. But, he could also be an important asset in her journey back, perhaps even a new Guardian. Deciding she should at least try and be friendly, she smiled at the owl, "So, would you like to help us on our journey to the Great Tree of Ga'Hoole?"
-----
Coryn was taken aback by the question. Him, a Pure One, help these owls get to the Great Tree? He almost snorted with laughter. Of course, if they did take him it could provide useful information for the Pure Ones (Not to mention good owlet stealing spots) but if the other Snowy decided to reveal his identity, he might never make it. Deciding he would risk it, he turned with a sly smile to Verae.
"Of course I'll help you get to the tree." He said, shooting a glare at Everest.

Everest was so locked in his happiness he didn't understand the words any of the other owls were thinking. He was looking out into nothing imagining him self flying into battle next to a guardian. Maybe himself as a guardian. Then he noticed out of the corner of his eyes Coryn was glaring at him. Not knowing what to do he just looked away.

Verae
The female Snowy gave another quick smile to the other owls before powerflapping her wings, shooting up into the sky calling, "Come on then! To the Great Tree of Ga'hoole!"
Verae flew back in the direction she came from, looking behind her to check for the other two owls. The journey back to the Tree would be long, not to mention slightly dangerous, and so she wanted to head back now before something became an obstacle in their journey.
Coryn
Coryn watched as Verae took to the sky, swiftly following after her. He panned to leave them by the time they reached the edge of Tyto forest. He didn't dare to want to try and reach the Sea of Hoolemere, for fear they would meet other Guardians that would recognise him. The Grass owl was only flying with these owls to avoid any unwanted fights... Plus, it gave him company.

Everest was excited, he was actually going to the great tree, he couldn't get it out of his mind. He liked to think that this owl was a guardian.
In a quick upward flap, he was off, trailing behind the much larger owl. He decided he didn't want to talk much. He didn't want to pester the owl and frustrate him. That could cause him his journey. But he couldn't resist asking "Are you close to the Great Tree?"

Verae
At Everest's question, Verae couldn't help but churr. She could hold in her secret no longer. "Close to the Tree?" She said, her golden eyes flashing, "Why, I'm the Queen."
The snowy was already surprised the male Snowy didn't already know who she was, but if he was young it was quite understandable. Glanching towards Coryn, she noticed his expression had changed to something she couldn't quite understand. It was as if he was masking his feelings, but she brushed it off, keepinng her steady flight to the Tree.
Coryn
Coryn's eyes widened. This owl was the Queen of the Tree?! How could he not have realised? His feelings were a mixture of surprise and, he hated to admit it but, fear. If she realised who he was, would she take him prisoner? Maybe this wasn't such a good idea afterall.

Everest's eyes became grapefruits, he was so surprised he had not known. Yet again, his father did not tell him much about the king and queen, mostly guardians. His eyes almost watered with joy "The queen!" he said astounded still "I'm flying with the queen of the Great tree!" his grinned had stretched to his ear slits. Then it faded quickly as he thought of what Coryn had said. 'I'm not Nyra, but i am a pure one' the words rang out in his head. 'What should i do?' he looked back at Coryn with a faint part of grief. 'This owl is offering us help..' he thought 'should i tell her?'

Verae
Verae chuckled at the happiness the young male owl expressed, her smile brightening. Many owls reacted to her this way, and she was used to it by now, but everytime it brought her a little more joy knowing that she was thought of so highly.
"I'm sure when we reach the Tree you will receive a warm welcome," The female churred, "You have, of course, been escorted there by the Queen herself."
Coryn
Hanging at the back of the group, Coryn was scanning the ground below him for nests that he would loot on the way back. He occansionally listened to the conversation, keeping check that his identity was still a secret. Also, in between looking at the ground and dipping in and out of conversation, he threw death glares towards Everest, in hope it would silently keep him from blabbing about things he'd rather keep hidden.

Everest recognized the hints being dropped by coryn. He now known he wouldn't tell her. For his safety he would make sure to protect someone that has helped him. To Everest, help is help.
He kept a steady, level, flight beside the queen. He could not wait to get to the great tree. It seemed that the odd owl he had met before all this had vanished. 'what happened to him?' he wondered. He didn't let it get to him 'after all, he looked busy'

(Well, Yollm hasn't replied so I'll just post and take us to the tree c: Also, I'll be dropping Coryn out of this rp as he is isn't doing anything xD If that's alright with you!)
Verae
They had travelled for a long time, the Queen and the Snowy, and eventually reached the Great Tree. The Grass owl had decided to leave them once they reached the Sea of Hoolemere, shouting something about unfinished business before swooping away back towards Tyto. Verae had often wondered shortly after he left why he had gone in such a hurry, but decided it was none of her concern and had focused more on the journey once again.
When they did arrive, they were greeted with warm smiles and Verae explained the current situation, introducing Everest to all the owls that were present.
After the large amount of talking, the Queen had taken Everest on a tour of the Tree, showing him all the most important rooms. They finished up at the Snowy's new hollow before Verae fluffed out her wings, giving Everest a warm smile.
"I think I'll leave you to settle in now, I'll probably be in my hollow if you ever need me." She chirped, opening out her wings and taking off towards her hollow.

Everest had enjoyed every moment he had spent with the queen of the tree. She had shown him everything in the tree. The owls there were all nice and he enjoyed there warm smiles. After the queen had flown off to tend to her business, he decided to look for something to build a nest to sleep in (he sleeps on the floor of the hollow). He took some of the down from his chest and put it into a small pile. "That'll start her up" he said with a smile. The joy inside him was about to burst. He flew outside and lighted on the ground, he was in search for twigs. He found a bundle and some tall grass surrounded by moss, he picked them all up with both talons and flew up to his hollow.
Hours later he decided to take a little flight to Verae's hollow. He lighted on a branch outside and tapped his foot down twice to get her attention. "Hello again" he said with the confusion building up within him. "Can I speak to you?" he asked.
(sorry it's been so long, i haven't been on the computer because doing stuff, it's summer y'know?)

(It's alright! xD We all have lives outside of GD ;D)
Verae had looked up from the book she was writing in, placing down her pen before closing the book.
"Yes? Oh, Everest! I trust you've settled in?" the Queen smiled, making her way towards the male Snowy, "Of course! Ask away."
(Apologies for it being so short, I don't really have much time to post :c)
