Name: Amlia Gender: Female, Age: 9 moons Species: Eastern screech owl Kingdom: St. Aggies Position: Pit Guardian
Description: Unlike her brother, Amila was born as a grey morph instead of a rufous morph. Pretty much this means her feathers are pale grey variations. There is also traces of white and black throughout her feathers mixing in with the light grey. Her eyes are a pale yellow in color which are always watching, however there is a light glaze to them due to moon blinking. She is stocky, short-tailed and broad-winged like her species is. With her round head, there is clearly something missing, her ear tufts. For some reason they don't seem to be there, only if you look closely you will see small points on her head. Her beak is yellowish in color.
Often she can be seen with her eyes being directed toward the owlets she is meant to watch; it hardly ever wanders away from the owlets. She stands at 20cm weighing in 125grams with a wing span of 51 cm. Although she has her flight feathers, she isn't the best of flyers due to falling out of the nest when she was younger. While the injury had healed alright and she doesn't have trouble flying exactly, she's just slower compared to other owls of her breed when they are flying.
Personality: Amila appears not to care about anyone or anything. However this isn't true, more like a shield she's tried to put in place to avoid getting hurt. Her kindness and love is directed to no owl other than her younger brother Embergious, she can also get protective of him. Unless her younger brother is around she's a quiet and somewhat cold being. She's not extremely cold but cold enough to not care about many others.
She's also not much of a talker. Often being as silent as she can with her beak closed as if she was mute. But like with her caring ways when it comes to her brother she's willing to talk. But when it comes to fellow Pit Guardians and other owls, she's silent. She keeps her opinions to herself.
Despite what is being down to the owlets, she seems to support what is going on. She's also attempting to get her younger brother to join as a fellow Pit Guardian when he's old enough. Even though she seems to support what is going on, she doesn't want her brother to end up a mindless drone. The desire to have him be something is what drives her to keep trying to convince him to be a Pit Guardian or something else.
Strengths: Keeps her opinions to herself, keeps her caring ways locked up mostly, does what she is told.
Weaknesses: Her brother, isn't a fast flyer, shows emotion to her brother. Is a smaller breed of owl.
History: Born in a tree a good deal away from St. Aeggies. She was in the first batch of eggs her parents had and before her first branching. Amila had fallen out of the nest and hurt her wing, but her father quickly learned what happened and found her. Three months later, her parents had another egg in which Embergious hatched from. She had been hoping that he would be a grey morph like she was but she was fine with him being a rufous morph.
She had stayed with her family for so long due to her flying caused by her falling out of the nest. Once she was seven months, she was finally ready to take off on her own she thought. It wasn't even a week when a St. Aeggies owl found her flying alone and snatched her.
Even though she was scared, she did her best to make it through it. She was starting to get moon blinked resulting in the light glaze to her eyes. Eventually though, she somehow proved herself worthy of being a Pit Guardian and has been at it for a few months. However, recently her younger brother was brought here and she has been trying to convince him to try and become something here besides a moon blinked owlet.
In Character Amila's gaze wandered about, aimed down at the owlets only. Even though she was watching them all, she was looking for one. A fellow Eastern Screech owl that was a rufous morph. It would be just a small little owlet, young and rather new owlet to St. Aeggies. When she heard of the owlet's arrival, she had to check it out for herself. Nothing would stop her from finding out, but if she was wrong she would accept this.
Then, her gaze found it. Catching the little one in her sight, she dove down to the marching of the moon blinked owlets that had a few mixed in that were yet to be moon blinked. She quickly went over to the owlet and wrapped a wing around it. Directing it away from the others but staying within the drone marching. She just directed him to a spot where there were several moon blinked owls.
"You're name." Amila almost ordered as she walked, lowering her head so her beak would be at the side of the owlet's head.
She could feel the owlet shaking due to how close she had him. She was scary to him eh? Wouldn't blame him considering he had just been taken away from all he knew. But if this owlet was the one she was hoping it was, then he would have no reason to fear her.
"E..Embergious." the owlet answered, Amila's eyes widened as the name came to her.
Little brother. Amila thought as she turned her gaze to him.
"No need to fear, Embergious. I am Amila, do you remember?" she asked. "I am your sister."
Other:I also apologize for the lack of detailing, I'm not exactly sure what happens to allow a owl to become a Pit Guardian so I tried. Female characters aren't my best. I will be making her brother Embergious soon.

Wow, I was delightfully taken by surprise with this bio. You said before you were having difficulty describing owls, but you have improved greatly in such a small period of time. I am very impressed.
I would accept her on the spot, but you still require the codeword in your bio. Also, you said one of her weaknesses is 'her brother', and the other one related to her brother. Therefore, I'd like it if you added one more weakness to balance it out.

Code word means word count for certain areas right? If that's the case, is the word count 200 or 500? If it's 500 I'm afraid that will be too much for me and I'd make her a orphan, getting this to 200 is rather hard. I also wasn't sure which word count it was due to the fact I thought Pit guardian wasn't a high rank but something of a low rank. If I'm wrong I do apologize. And I've been looking at information on the species of owl when describing them but trying to word it differently than the information provided.

Nope, the code word has nothing to do with the word count! The codeword is a random word the admins put in the Rules section to make sure that every member reads them.
Since it went missing, the codeword is Fragglebeak. :3 It would be greatly appreciated if you did read the rules though, if you haven't already.
Thanks! Otherwise, accepted. Also, Pit Guardian is not considered a high rank.

Oh. I do remember reading the rules, but the word most likely escaped my memory due to me reading the glossary immedeatly after and there were so many new words for me that they all got jumbled together.
I'll make sure to put the code word in next time. The word most likely changes am I right? Also, where do I place the word in the bio? I want to be sure I stick it in the right spot.

I believe you place in just before the Other section (though I may be mistaken). The general end of the bio is always a good spot.
