Luna is an average-sized owl. She has grey feathers with brown and white mixed in. Luna also black bars on her body, wings and tail. She has large yellow eyes and a pair of ear-like tufts on her head. Luna's beak and talons are partially hidden by her feathers.
Personality: Although Luna's a loner, she doesn't mind the presence of other owls and will readily help another owl in need. She also trusts her gizzard and doesn't understand why some owls don't. Luna is a very loyal friend and hates being tricked or lied to.
Strengths: Reasonably good flier and fighter, loyal, good-natured.
Weaknesses: Can be stubborn, occasionally impulsive, becomes violent when deceived in any way.
History: Luna had an average childhood. She was born and raised in an old crow's nest. When Luna was around 6 weeks old, she started branching. At around 9 weeks of age, she was able to fly well and her parents started teaching her how to hunt and defend herself. Luna stayed with her parents until she was 12 moons old. She has been on her own ever since.
IC: The moonlight shone through the branches of the tree, waking the two-year-old great horned owl. Luna ruffled her feathers and stretched out her wings. She flapped them for a bit before going hunting. Luna pushed off the branch and flew silently through the forest. She was looking for a mouse to eat. After what seemed like hours, she managed to find a mouse in the undergrowth. Luna flew down quietly and grabbed the mouse in her talons. She then flew into a nearby tree to enjoy her dinner.
