(OOC: Happy Summer Solstice, everyone! ) Nimsy Night was the signal of the longest day and shortest night of the year and within the short folds of night, a wild celebration had ensued. Prue took a ginger step out of her hollow, stepping into the main celebration room. An abundance of adults owls were conversing, holding generous portions of binglejuice in their talons - Prue searched for a familiar face among the crowd. A gadfeather that had arrived ta the tree specifically to attend this festival, had now sprung into the air, leaping into the chorus of an energetic ditty. An aged Northern Hawk Owl, a Skog, whom were famous for their enthralling stories - was prattling about a dangerous encounter with what he called a 'sklardrog' which was the Krakish word for 'Sky Dragon' to an amused audience of young owls. Time passed quickly, as the sun had already risen high into the sky by the time the Skog had finished his tale. Although day was the time that most owls slept, Nimsy Night had an exciting aura about it that gave the festival a renewed energy as daybreak came. (OOC: Feel free to join in on the celebrating and mingle with other owls! I was bored and it just so happened to be the Summer Solstice ;D)
