So, Eliska here (obviously, lala~)!

So it'll be my first roleplay at GHD, which is so exciting for me! :D *spppiiin!* I don't want to put an open thread up however and just wing it (OMG, LOL I SO FUNNEE-- *is shot*), and then no one post because the location is not a reasonable location for any of their characters to be in.

So I thought that, ohemgee, I'll actually be organised and half-set out something that my character Eliska, and someone else's, can conceivably do.

Eliska is fairly flexible in that she can pretty much go anywhere, the only exception being the North (because she would go only there for the Glauxian Brothers' Retreat, which doesn't usually make for a megasuperinteresting roleplay). But aside from that, I think everywhere else is good--oh, and also excepting organisations like St. Aggie's (for obvious reasons).

Yeah, that's about it. I am fine with a pre-established relationship, particularly if anyone wants to roleplay Guardian/ Tree characters; I personally find it's more interesting starting off with a pre-conceived relationship and see how it evolves, rather than everyone being "OMG, WE HAZ LIVED HERE TWENNY YEARZ AND I HAZ NEVA MEETS YUU. HAI DERE."

All up for the hatin's as well; seriously, Eliska is unpleasant. So don't feel constricted in the need to be polite and nice in-character; Iska needs a good kick up the bum from someone as well. :D

Mind you, I don't expect anyone (or myself *lazy*) to do much until Christmas is over and all that what-not.

Eliska, I'd be interested in joining a Rp thread. I am in one right now but am pretty sure I can be double thread flexible. As long as the other Rper, Sompom, doesn't mind me being in two, which I don't think he will. Anyways I'll join with Cleef, my one and only(so far) roleplay character. Look in the link below within my signature. Cleef is pretty region flexible too.

Well, liquid time is allowed, so I don't foresee their being a problem~

Well, quite potentially we can bring some foul weather into our thread? Logically speaking, it would make for a plausible reason for both of our characters to converge: Eliska could be investigating it either as a job for her Weather Interpretation Chaw, or as a matter of personal interest; and Cleef could notice the storm and think that owls might be hurt, and so head towards (he is a benevolent healer, no?).

Just an idea. I'm not really sure about location? Location, location, location. Hm. Any ideas?

I don't foresee her being entirely nice with him; especially if he tries to speak Krakish~~ She'll probably just tell him he speaks it terribly, because he isn't native, swear at him for a little bit then tell him a Maths joke. It'd be interesting if he saw her mangled talon and got it into his head to heal her somehow or something. Jesus complex, haha~~ HEEEAAL BY GLAUX, HEEEEEEEEAAALL~~

Just tossing ideas around; if neither of us decides or really cares much about the specifics, I'll just consult a Magic Eight Ball. It will tell us what to do!

Magic eight ball lolz, that gave me a nice kick. Anyways Cleef is a healer yes, but he also helps in other ways, if there is an owl captured by kraals and Cleef knows about it there's a good chance that he's going to help. Cleef also well help out in wars, taking sides with who ,at least he, thinks is right. On the healing matter Cleef's more docter like, he doesn't necessarily do anything like that ,although not to say he's an owl who doesn't believe in miracles. He would pry only try to give tips on how to relieve it from pain if any pain occured, he'd know that her talon was something out of his talons'.

On the note of the weather, that could work but I don't know a real stormy place beside the Northern Kindoms and as you've already mentioned that's a slim chance. If you do chose to do a weather thing you're going to have to figure the place out. Do note Cleef does make visits to the Great Tree now and then if that gives any ideas. Ummmmm...........other than that it's your choice, I can't really pick out a stormy place in the Southern Kindoms at the moment.

And bad weather doooeees exist outside the Northen Kingdom, arhem. Otherwise the Guardians wouldn't build a whole chaw around it, I would imagine. Bad weather doesn't mean hail that's the size of cats per se, just unpleasant.

Hmm, if you want to to do something at the tree--well, Eliska's a library-hog who can't stand strange owls; and perhaps a new edition or tome on healing methods has arrived in said library, attracting Cleef? Eliska does not like Cleef. Hilarity ensures.

What say you? Any alternatives?

Well yeah, bad weather does exist outside the Northern Kingdoms. I was just saying that I couldn't pin point a specific location that had usual bad weather.

Cleef does visit the tree every so often so it could just be that he had decided to visit the tree, or we can go with your idea and the new book could work. Do remember though that Cleef can possibly be found anywhere, he could be at St. Aggies, The Pure Ones, or just some random place in the Kingdoms. You can pick the place where you want to Rp and "kick" it off and I can join in and figure something out for a reason of showing up.
