[Nymphadora/Nyra]
"I think I might have swomething to fix this problem." Nyra said and hopped over to her forge. She pulled out a vine that looked like it had come from the Great Ga'Hoole Tree. "I found these vines on the floor of the Island of Hoole. Since no one was using them I figured I would take them in case they came in handy and I guess we could use them to tie everything together. They're very stretchy." she said and tied on end of the vine to a piece of wood. Then she tied the other end to another piece of wood. After that she got some ashes from the fire of her forge and she rubbed it on the knots. These ashes were fresh so they stuck on easily. "Ta-da! All finished." she said hoping Ardi liked it.

The devil were they talking about? Athena, curious and wise, tilted her head as they mentioned such allegiances. Tsk. They thought her of some sort of foe? Clearly they did not realize who had visited them! An irritated hoot was given as the owl spread her wings and flitted down to their hollow, the Great Grey clearly going to have a talking to with these disrespectful vermin. Liquid-gold colored eyes narrowed as she stood outside of hollow entrance, feathers puffing outwards as she focused intense gaze upon those two that had chosen to ignore her advice. Beak clicked with the sudden influence of aggression, her wings spreading wide as the titan was faced with a problem: what the hell she was going to do. Their allegiances were unknown to her, and they could be searching for her, the last of the great resistance. This was a troubling situation.
For once, those wise eyes closed in concentration, that silky voice flowing forth from her vocal chords like music from a lyre. She spoke calmly, focusing on how that voice seemed to figure vines would hold such a flimsy thing together, "They will not last, my dear. They will not last. Grant me permission into your hollow, and I shall tell you more of these things called 'nails'. Come now, surely a smith such as yourself would realize this?" Quite frankly, it was quite impossible not to notice the smell of charcoal and ash lingering in the air, tainting its freshness with an unhallow substance such as that. With a conclusion finished on the occupation of one, she'd have to focus now upon the other's, in which she would have the opportunity to should they greet her invitation with friendly behavior.
((Forgive me for my delay. Real life crap's been going on.))

-Were actually near a tree, not in the hollow, but its all okay, we'll just assume your with us now.
[Ardi] Ardi looked up in surprise at the owl, obviously this must have been the owl nearby earlier. "Maybe you should know better than to be listening in on the conversation of other owls" he said sarcastically, seeing as to the fact that both he and Nyra were slipgizzles. Ardi looked over at Nyra to see what she thought of this owls idea. Despite everything known so far, it was good to listen in case these nails might be worth it. "So seeing as were all here", Ardi began, "Why not share what you've listened in on so far".

(It's okay Aakesh. Remember, real life always comes first. I have also experienced real crap.)
[Nymphadora/Nyra]
Nyra swelled in anger, although it was not showing on the outside. How dare this owl question her abilities! She could melt her bones in under a second with the bonk coals she collected. Nyra calmed herself down. This owl wasn't worth the trouble. She composed herself and spoke in a very polite manner. She had been taught good manners you know. "Forgive me if I'm wrong but wouldn't the nails be a bit expensive? I'd have to look for a long time to find the right materials and a lot of them. I do thank the suggestion though. Could you please expand on this idea? Also, I agree with my friend here, I would like to know how much you have heard of our conversation and plans." she said in her most polite manner. Owls eavesdropping were certainly put into suspicion. Why not? Wouldn't this owl think the same? Nyra thought to herself. Nyra gave Ardi a very subtle wink which was a sign that she was thinking the same thing that he was about this owl.

Eyes of liquid gold narrowed as the duo reprimanded her over-hearing of their conversation. Was she to apologize for her own days as a warrior, in which hearing the enemy's plans were rewarded? A scoff was made as the two then questioned her, quite hastily, about what the titan had heard, their lack of trust in a battle-scarred veteran clearly appalling to her. Feathers were ruffled now, and Athena, cunning and wise, would quickly return the favor; perhaps by returning her own style of chiding remarks to this smith. Voice was clear and resounding like a church bell on Christmas Eve, unwavering in the face of two possibly hostile owls, "One does not need money to make nails! The sweet earth has provided the necessary material for you to build anything you dare need. Wood, taken from fallen branches, stone, taken from the nearby stream, and metal, found near a mine."
(Short to keep the RP moving. Once again, I apologize.)

(That's okay Aakesh. we all have stuff to deal with in real life. We didn't mind waiting for you. I apologize for going before you Ardikus. I didn't realize I had until after I posted. Also, do the Guardians of Ga'Hoole have money?)
[Nymphadora/Nyra]
Nymphadora's gaze narrowed as she listened to this owl, this stranger. This owl kept blabbering on about where to find the materials but she hadn't answered any of her questions. Nyra had asked if it would take a long time to find the materials, not where to find them. She was a smith and she obviously knew where to find them. Also, this owl had completely ignored the question of how much she had heard of the plans. Did she have something to hide? Nyra thought a little more and then spoke, her voice perfectly polite showing no signs of suspicion. "Okay, but I was thinking that I could use nails for the real model of what we're making. What we are making right now is only a prototype. Also, I would like to know how much you have heard of our conversation. You still haven't answered that question." Nyra spoke in a voice that was extremely hard to be offended by. Perhaps this owl was actually on their side. Perhaps she wanted to help. Nyra took these thoughts into consideration. She would have to be cautious until she knew of this owl's allegiance.

OOC: No worries.
[Ardi] Ardi jumped on Nyra's statement. "Because it seems to me that if you have nothing to hide, as I'd reckon you don't, there should be no shame or issues with answering our questions truthfully" I said with an edge. "After all, we're all living our own way here, why put anyone to distrust, right?". Ardi's words were obviously pointed, and hid a more aggressive undertone. 'If you tell us what you heard, we don't have to worry about shutting your beak. We don't pay off owls either...'. Ardi stepped closer to the owl. "Now, do ya mind telling us what you heard?".
