I'd like to spark some drama with my Pure One character, Loki, by having him actually fall in love with someone! Loki's a sassy Brazilian Barn Owl whose primary 'combat' method is trickery, illusion, and seduction. He's stuck up and kind of a snob as well. Bullet-pointed list of what I'm looking for: - Gender is unimportant (Loki is male but if it has feathers, flies, and hoots he's probably attracted to it)
- First preference given to non-Tyto sp, second preference to low-ranking Tyto sp. / pure ones
- For added drama, candidate plot buddy owl can be of a different or opposed viewpoint/alignment to the Pure Ones
Basically post if you're interested and we can work something out! It might also be interesting to work out a love triangle so don't hesitate to post if someone else has already and feel free to post multiple characters! |

Well, hello. I would like to offer my character, Prue, if you are interested. My apologies, she is a Tyto Alba, but the catch is that she was once a Pure One and abandoned them, so evidently, their soul wish is for her to be slaughtered. This could cause some tension. Interesting tension.  I completely understand if you recieve an offer that you would prefer over mine, but if not, feel free to drop me a pm about this and we'll see what happens. Ciao. ;D |

Hello, I'd like to offer my character, Coliaby. She is NOT a tyto, rather a spotted owl and she is a Guardian. Both requirements filled! I will post her bo underneath to save you some time.
Name: Coliaby (Bee to friends)
Gender: Female
Age: 24 moons
Species: Strix Occidentalis
Kingdom: Guardian of Ga'Hoole
Position: Member of Search-and Rescue Chaw
Description: Coliaby wears a milkberry bracelet around each ankle. There are milkberries from each season on it. She also has a small scar on her right shoulder blade from her past.
Personality: She is very eccentric and kind. She is very intelligent like many Strix owls.
Strengths: She is very fast, smart and can resist a moderate amount of physical torture.
Weaknesses: She sometimes flies too fast to stop, is touchy about her parents and is vunerable to mental torture.
History: Colaby was born in Ambala. The daughter of a well-known owl, Strix Lygeia, she is very smart. On the night of her hatchng both her parents were killed by a rogue Pure One, but she was saved and brought to the Great Tree by a Horned Owl. She is now a member of Search-and Rescue.
IC: The young Spotted owl soared through the night. She spotted a large Tyto and felt her gizzard drop out of her. t was a Pure One! Her battle claws were no match for his. He turned toward her and she went yeep. He's not so bad she thought as he came to help.

Oooh, two good offers. It could be interesting to do something along the lines of Prue falling for Loki and then getting jealous watching him fall for Coliaby, or the other way around, or inside out or however you guys would want to play it.
They're both equally interesting offers so I'm not sure how to feel about this, haha. I could have an RP with the both of you (like a one-on-one) in character and see how things turn out?

Why do I feel like this is an owl-version of The Bachelor?  Haha, not really. I think that idea has potential, so at least one offer isn't completely forgotten.  So, basically, the two femmes could both meet him at seperate times, have their own romantic little moments with him and eventually, he will have to choose which one he wants to be with. Oooh, that sounds so romance-y.  |

GAH! I just read Loki's bio and HE CURSES SPOTTED OWLS! Humph. Be like that. An owl will pick up a jerk boyfriend once in a while. They just have to have other qualities that make up for their flaw.
