Cleef gave an owlish smile to Tinker. "I also do visit the Northern Kingdoms for anyone looking for help. I also find it interesting. It's obviously quite different than the Southern Kingdoms, and the Glauxian brother's library is an excellent storage of knowledge." Cleef looked to the other owl present, it was a Pure white barn owl. That means that she was born at just the right time, the stories of the evil Pure One, Nyra, slipped into Cleef's mind, but he quickly pushed the thought away. This was a whole 'nother owl. "Hello," Cleef said as a sudden, powerful gust of wind rocked the group, "my names Cleef, as you just heard my friend here say," another wind hit them, "Before I get your name, I think we should find some shelter from this storm. What do you two think? Does anyone spot a good place?" Cleef's eyes began scanning the terrain below, which was getting whiter and whiter by the passing time.

| [bg=040707] Tinker returned his gaze to the ground. The area was somewhat hilly and, though not totally devoid of plantlife, there were few trees worth the name to be seen. The wind was coming from the northwest, towards the Everwinter Sea. There were several rocky projections still jutting out from the snow, and Tinker noticed that the windblown snow often formed a teardrop around the boulder, leaving a space on the upwind side relatively calm. "Come," he said, pointing to the largest of the boulders, "we can take cover behind those rocks." With any luck, the rock he picked would also have a cave.

"I think that's our best option..." Feliah said, swaying as yet another strong gust of air nearly sent all three Owls tumbling down into the hard, ice cold ground below.
Getting her balance in the air, she headed towards the place the Sooty had pointed out. With a lot of flapping, and swaying, she managed to reach the rocky outcrop without plummeting to the icy, snow covered ground.

Prue had arrived safely at the Hrath'ghar Glacier, she was now circling over the snowy landscape. Would she find what she had come for? Prue wondered. Or better yet, what had she come for? She couldn't be sure, it could be Pure One for all she knew. Her gizzard lurched as the contour of three owls ducked beneath a patch of rocks just below her starboard wing. Prue banked and brought herself to a landing position on one of the rocks. She then began to inspect the area for any sign of the other owls - a feather, perhaps. It was futile, any feather or talon print would soon be swept away by the wind and snow. The lee of a particularly big offered a sheltering cave, from within, Prue could hear the voices of three other owls speaking quietly among each other. "I beg your pardon, I don't mean to intrude." Prue began, trying not to alarm whomever was in the cave at this time. Her eyes fixed on two of the owls - "Tinker? Cleef? Is that you?" Prue exclaimed. Her gaze rested on the third owl, it was a female barn owl, like herself. Prue's gizzard gave a twinge of familiarity - did she know this owl?

Cleef had just ducked into the cave and asked the Barn owl, "Now that we're out of the storm, if I may ask, who are you?" when he heard another voice from outside the cave. That voice sounded familiar, he had heard it before, but where? Cleef swiveled his head to the owl standing in the entrance of the cave. He focused on another barn owl, one that looked like a normal one, instead of the pure white one it the cave.
Cleef's brain clicked, "Prue! Come in from the storm, it'll get pretty cold and snowy out there and I think we have room for one more." Cleef had met this owl during a scenario which a Pure One had entered the Great tree.

"Thank you, Cleef." Prue said, regarding the Burrowing owl with a smile. She then turned to acknowledge Tinker. "Hello, Tinker." Prue said with a smile. "It's nice to see you again."

| [bg=040707] Tinker smiled briefly, then looked away. Though she had rebelled against the Pure Ones, being around Prue always made him uncomfortable. He had no cause to dislike the owl, she just reminded him too much of the trap he was stuck in. "It's nice to see you too." He mumbled back.

Something about how Tinker replied made Prue feel a sense of uncomfortableness - as if she suddenly no longer belonged among these owls. She felt like an outcast once more - Once a Pure One, always a Pure One. Turning to the other Barn Owl in a desperate attempt to avoid the awkward silence that hung in the air, Prue introduced herself. "I apologize, I don't believe we have met - I'm Prue."

Feliah opened her beak to reply, when another Owl appeared by the entrance of the cave. The other two Owls seemed to know who this Owl was but, of course, Feliah had no idea whom this Barn Owl is.
After the Owls had exchanged their greetings, Feliah introduced herself, "I am Feliah," Dipping her head, she carried on, "I have travelled here from the Tree of Ga'Hoole."
Fluffing out her feathers a little, she dipped her head towards Prue, "It's nice to meet you."

"The Great Tree, you say?" Prue began, searching her mind for any memory of this owl being at the tree, recalling nothing, she pressed on."As did I - only arrived at the Great Tree just over a moon ago."

Feliah recalled seeing this Owls face around the Tree, but she never talked to her.
"I have been at the tree since a hatchilng, But I don't think we ever met."
The sound of howling winds made Feliah glace outside. The storm was picking up, the snow swirling around so viciously that it was almost impossible to see through.

Cleef preened his feathers a bit. It was something he could do until a subject landed that he could toss his input in. He needed it anyway, those winds had tossed his feathers around a bit. (OOC: sorry for the shortness, just needed to toss something in there. )

As Cleef tended to his feathers, which had been thrown into disarray by the harsh wids of the Hrath'ghar Glacier - Prue decided a change of topic woud be best, as there was not much more to discuss in their current lagging conversation. "If I may ask, what brings all of you here, to the Northern Kingdoms? It is rather a coincedence that we should all meet out here without planning." Prue mused. Prue supposed she could share with the others how she had been brought out here - by the feeling in her gizzard, they would understand, as well as a vision she had seen in the fire. She hadn't shared with Cleef nor Tinker about her odd ability to detect prophetic visions of the past, present and future. She awaited an answer from one of the owls, the wind outside thrusting shards of ice and snow into the air.

Cleef put his last muddled feather in it's place and looked up. "Well, I'm out here because, me being me, I like to travel around the kingdoms and search for owls in need. It's....what I do. I don't care whether it's a Guardian or a Pure One. If the owl is in need, I'll help 'em. Today I decided to check out the Northern Kingdoms, which find quite interesting. I like to visit the Glauxian retreats while I'm here. The brother's library is a vast storage of information. Some medical information that I've pulled from there has helped me in various events. Anyways, I was just on my way there when my eyes caught Tinker's metal reflecting the light. I wasn't so sure if it was him, so I decided to tail him for a little while. Then you two showed up, and here we are. In a cave during a storm."
There was a touch of laughter in Cleef's voice near the end of his sentence. This was quite a big coincidence, if that's what it even was. Cleef's mind began wondering, Maybe there's a reason for this. All of us just so happen to be flying over the Glacier at about the same time. Maybe there's a reason for this. Then again, it could just be a coincidence.

Prue churred at the irony of it all - deciding that it would be a reasonable time to toss in her end of the story. "Truthfully, I was led here by a feeling in my gizzard," Prue explained, with an embarrassed smile plastered on her beak, she continued. "and a vision I saw in the fire. I don't believe I have told any of you, but I am a Flamereader, as they call it."
